The Drivers application is user-friendly and provides valuable insights to facilitate decision-making and progress.

Required Documents

- A valid U.S. driver's license and proof of residency in Vieques.
- Proof of vehicle insurance is in your name.
- The driver's profile photo should be a centered, forward
-facing photo that includes the driver's full face and top of shoulders, without sunglasses.
- It should be a photo only of the driver without another subject in the frame, well lit and focused; cannot be a driver's license photo or other printed photograph.

Minimum Requirements

There are a few minimum requirements you need to meet before you can register to drive with VQS Driver:

- Meet the minimum driving age in Vieques, Puerto Rico.
- Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 25) -
Have a valid U.S. driver's license Use an eligible 2- or 4-door vehicle

Scooter/ Golf Cart Delivery

- Use any make or model of scooter or 2-wheel golf cart.
- The scooter and golf cart must be registered in your name.
- Have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance in your name.
- Must have an engine of 50cc or less traveling at no more than 30 mph.

Car Delivery

- Be at least 18 years old. - Have a 2 or 4-door car.
- Have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance in your name.
- Have at least one (1) year of experience as a driver.
